Southern Tier Brewing Company - India Pale Ale (IPA)

Appearance: Blood orange color with a tinge of piss yellow. 3/4 finger of head

Smell: Nutty malts flow into my nostrils along with a light leafy hop profile.

Taste: Very similar to the smell. Slight dominance in the malts compared to the hops I feel. Doesn't fit the nomal IPA style that I am used to.

Mouthfeel: The bitterness is there but not the typical hop bite you get from an IPA.

Drinkability: Below average to average IPA. Would not buy it again. Lacks depth and character; reminds me of an ESB.
